RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — We are looking at sunshine this morning and that will last throughout the day with highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s, but the wind will be rather strong out of the northwest 10 to 20 mph, giving us a wind chill or fee like reading in the upper 20s to near 30.
This means the kids will need to be bundled up for the ride into school and the ride home. Tonight will be clear and cold with lows in the upper teens to near 20.
Tuesday will be another cold day with highs in the upper 30s under sunny skies. It will be very cold Tuesday night with lows from 12 to 18 across most of central Virginia.
More sunshine is expect for Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the upper 40s on Wednesday and middle 50s on Thursday.
As we head toward Friday clouds will increase as a chance of rain moves in from the south and west with highs around 50.
Saturday will be mostly cloudy with highs around 50 and Sunday will be cloudy and seasonably mild with rain developing as highs climb into the middle 50s.
