RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Police are investigating after a shooting in Richmond on Wednesday morning.
Officers were called to the 3200 block of 5th Avenue for reports of a shooting. Authorities say the shooting involved two people known to each other having an argument.
The victim was shot in the hand.
Police are still looking for a suspect.
