RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help identifying who was caught on surveillance footage slashing tires in the Fan District.
At approximately 3:50 a.m. on Friday, January 1, a male was walking in the 500 and 600 blocks of Ryland Street and used a knife to slash tires on three different vehicles. He is also suspected of slashing tires on a vehicle on Franklin Street and on a vehicle on Grace Street nearby.
The suspect is described as a white male, who was wearing a rumpled suit. He has dark hair and a beard.
