RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — On Tuesday, Allegiant announced a new, nonstop jet service between Richmond and Jacksonville, Florida.
The company is offering one-way fares to Jacksonville for as low as $39.*
“We’re excited to offer residents from Virginia’s capital city the chance to explore all that Jacksonville has to offer,” said Jude Bricker, Allegiant senior vice president of planning. “We’re sure that Richmond area travelers will enjoy this nonstop, ultra-low-cost option to visit Jacksonville.”
The new flights will run twice weekly and will fly nonstop between Richmond International Airport (RIC) and Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) beginning April 15, 2016.
Allegiant also provides nonstop service from RIC to two other destinations in Florida: Orlando/Sanford and St. Pete/Clearwater.
