On Tuesday, Henrico Police responded to the 1400 block of N. Parham Road for a larceny. The victim reported the suspect entered the business, placed merchandise in a bag, and exited without making payment. The suspect is believed to have committed eight additional larcenies between September 2104 and June 2015.
The suspect is a black male, 5’7″ to 6’1″, weighing 150 to 190 pounds, clean shaven, and bald. Henrico County Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the subject responsible for this crime.
