RICHMOND, Va – (WRIC) The accident happened around 6:30pm Tuesday night. Richmond Police are saying a single vehicle heading northbound on Powhite Parkway lost control and hit the jersey wall and flips his car.
5 people were transported to MCV, all with non life threatening injuries at this time. Official also tell 8News that one of the transported was an infant that was in a baby seat at the time of the accident. Charges are pending, and the crash is still under investigation
