AMELIA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Amelia County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect after an abduction Thursday night.
Authorities say that 43-year-old Dana Lee William is believed to have abducted 67-year-old Olene H. Brooks.
William is described as a black male, 6 foot 5 inches tall, 240 pounds, bald and with brown eyes. William is believed to be driving a 2010 Silver Dodge Caravan with license plate 433114. Police say he is armed and dangerous and you should not approach him if you see him. Instead, call police right away.
The Sheriff’s Office described Brooks as a white female who is 5 foot 4 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Police were notified about the abduction around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday. When deputies responded to the scene, they found the body of a 67-year-old man in the same area.
