RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Dominion Virginia Power says an animal is the cause for a large power outage overnight.
More than 500 are without power this morning in the area of Broad and Meadow in Richmond.
Officials estimate power will be restored between 10 a.m. and noon.
