CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Chester man is being held without bond after causing a police chase on I-95 Monday morning.
According to police, an officer was in the center lane of I-95 when a 2004 Suzuki 600 motorcycle split the lane and rode in between the officer’s vehicle and another vehicle.
