Local police took part in the Special Olympics Torch Run on Friday.
Officers kicked off today’s today’s leg at the Bell Tower in downtown Richmond.
Ultimately, the torch will be carried into the Robbins Center at the University of Richmond, which will again host the Commonwealth’s Special Olympic Games.
