Clear skies into Saturday night; Sunny Sunday expected

A nice little break in the weather is setting up over the area for about 36 hours before we see the return of some unsettled weather to start the week.  Tonight skies will become clear as overnight lows fall back into the lower to middle 60s.  Sunday will be a mostly sunny day.  Things look rather nice for the Carytown Watermelon Festival as highs warm into the mid to upper 80s.   Sunday night a few clouds will start to return, as will some humidity.  Expect to see overnight lows in the mid to upper 60s.

Monday a warm front will pass through the area with a chance of showers and storms late in the afternoon and in the evening hours. Monday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.  Tuesday looks like a good day for showers and thunderstorms in the area with highs around 85.  After that system exits, I expect to see a return to dry and comfortable weather for the remainder of the work week.
